Extra Choices Low Cost Food Centre

Extra Choices Low Cost Food Centre offers low cost food to anyone in need with a concession, pension or seniors card for an annual membership fee of $5.00. Come down and see our varied selection of food and get more value for money.

Emergency Relief

Appointments available for those in need of some emergency relief. If this is you and you’ve found yourself in a situation where you need a helping hand to get through please call us or come in and see one of our friendly ER Officers to discuss your situation so we can offer you some assistance or connect you with another organisation that can help.

Counselling

We have experienced and friendly counsellors on our team who are ready to help you with general counselling for those who are over 18 years.

Appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays with times available from 9:00am, 10:30am and 12:00pm.

Community Connect Free Breakfasts

We offer a free breakfast at 3 locations a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings at 6:30am till 7:30am for the those who are doing it tough and find it hard to access permanent accommodation. We provide a welcoming atmosphere with friendly faces and good food.

Sunshine Van

The Richards Trauma Process

Our councellor Ally has undergone intense training to release unwanted impacts of past experiences and improve emotional wellbeing.

TRTP™ (The Richards Trauma Process) resolves trauma related issues – quickly, safely and effectively, with our 3 step process. These trauma-related issues include PTSD, anxiety, depression etc.

Our approach is tailored to meet your unique needs.
